Handcrafted Unique Gift Ideas from![]() Frequently Asked QuestionsQ. Can I pay in a currency other than US Dollar?
A. If paying by credit or debit card payment we currently offer a choice of 12 major currencies- US Dollars, Australian Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Danish Kroner, Euro, GBP-Sterling, Hong Kong Dollars, Japanese Yen, New
Zealand Dollars, Norwegian Kroner, Swedish Kroner, Swiss Francs.
If paying by bank transfer we will accept Euros, Pounds Sterling, US Dollars or Thai Baht. Please contact us quoting the Product Order Nos(s)., the quantity for each product, the country to be shipped to and the Currency you prefer to pay in. We will then send you a quotation together with bank details for transfer. Please note all remitting and correspondent bank charges must be paid by the purchaser. Q. Can payment be made by cheque?A. Due to the cost and time in clearing we are
unable to accept cheques. We will however accept payment by Bank Draft/Cashier's Cheque provided
it is made out in Thai Baht.
If you wish to pay by this method please contact us quoting the Product Order Nos(s)., the quantity for each product and the country to be shipped to. We will then send you a quotation. Please note that goods will not be shipped until we have received confirmation of clearance from our Bankers. Q. How will I know when my order will be delivered? A.
When we receive your order and confirmation of payment we will send you
an e-mail with an anticipated shipment date. The time taken for
shipping will vary from country to country and on the shipping option
you select. See Shipping for further details.
Q. What if my order is broken or damaged when it is delivered? A.
Although
we take great care to pack goods properly to avoid breakage
unfortunately damage in transit can still occur. In the event of goods
recieved broken or damaged you must
advise us, by e-mail or fax, as soon as is practical after
receipt but within 5 days and, where possible, e-mail us with
photographs of both the damaged item and the external packing. We will
then forward a replacement to you at no cost. In some circumstances we
may require the damaged item to be returned by airmail, in this case if
you enclose the postage receipt we will refund the cost of airmail.
Q. Can I return the goods for a refund? A. We
hope that you will be happy with the goods you buy from us but if not
we will refund the cost of the item(s), less shipping charges, provided
you notify us within 5 days of receipt and
return the item(s), in good
order and in the original packing, with a forwarding date not later
than 5 days following receipt.
